If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call or email to return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 10 days for a refund, less shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Please follow the terms and conditions of our Return Policy. Items may be subject to a 7% restocking fee. Used or personalized items, as well as special orders, cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Kiss and Tell strives to offer you designer merchandise at the best possible value. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process guaranteed exchanges.

International Returns

How to Make a Return:
Call 888.525.KISS or email shopkissandtell@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. If eligible, we will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on the outside of the box. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 business days of receiving your RMA number.

Please note, we will not process returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Items without an RMA number may be refused or exchanged for a store credit minus a restocking fee. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. We apologize, but we cannot offer price adjustments on previous sales for coupon codes or limited time promotional offers. Please make sure when returning your package to use trackable method as we cannot and will not credit packages that we have not received.
